Evals > vibes. A flashy LLM demo is easy; making it reliable in production is the hard engineering. I build for measured behavior — how often it fails, and how gracefully.
AI is an architectural multiplier. I openly delegate the code to agents so I can stay on system design, failure modes, and orchestration. The judgment is mine; the typing isn't.
Community decides whether a protocol survives. The best developer experience and the sharpest docs are born in continuous, transparent feedback — build in public, or don't bother.

Evals > vibes. Яркое демо на LLM собрать легко; сделать надёжным в проде — сложнейшая инженерия. Я строю на замеряемое поведение — как часто падает и как деградирует.
AI — архитектурный усилитель. Рутину кода открыто делегирую агентам, чтобы держать фокус на системном дизайне, отказах и оркестрации. Суждение моё; печатание — нет.

Non-technical founder, agent orchestrator. I don't write the code — I design, direct, and pressure-test the system that does.
Before this: I grew builder ecosystems in Web3 & OTC — hackathons, cohort incubation, grants. I frame it as what it was: developer activation with measurable conversion to production.
In practice: I turn a frontier capability into a mental model an engineer can use, move builders from first API call to a working agent in production, and route their feedback back into the product.

До этого: растил builder-экосистемы в Web3 и OTC — хакатоны, инкубация команд, гранты. Описываю это как то, чем оно было: developer activation с измеримой конверсией в продакшен.
На практике: превращаю frontier-возможность в модель, понятную инженеру, довожу билдеров от первого API-вызова до работающего агента в проде и возвращаю их фидбэк в продукт.
